Vocabulary expansion focused on areas of need (such as sales pitches, expressing yourself in meetings, participating in seminars, reading and understanding work manuals etc.
Taking notes and understanding them
Social and informal conversations such as spontaneous talks at the coffee machine
Following and giving work and safety instructions that are important for the job
Conducting discussions and meetings at work with customers and colleagues
Learn to read, understand and fill in forms, such as timetables and application forms
